This ONLINE 4-week live GROUP course will cover an extensive range of topics, all with the aim of turning you into an informed, empowered and confident person ahead of your positive birth experience.

It's also a great chance to meet other expectants parents, share experiences and make life-long friends.

Course cost: £120​

Duration: Wednesdays 7:30-9:30pm

Location: Online, from the comfort of your own home

Materials: Downloadable course book and printouts, links to resources and MP3s will be sent out on the first date of the course.

On-going Support: Students of this course will be invited to regular online and in-person Q&A/Coffee sessions, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, go through any concerns, share positive stories and meet other expectant/new parents!

Please note that this booking is for one birthing person. Birth partners (who counts as a birth partner?) are thoroughly recommended to join (for free!) but this is not necessary.

When booking a course, you will be selecting the first date of the course. The remaining three sessions will fall on the following three Wednesdays after this first date.
